Linh Adams is an associate at HarrisLoftus PLLC where she focuses her practice on creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy, debt collection, regulatory compliance of financial institutions and landlord-tenant matters. Linh received her J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where she was named Outstanding Graduate of her class, and her undergraduate degree from Wilmington University with a major in Criminal Justice. Before joining HarrisLoftus, Linh worked on regulatory and compliance matters in the General Counsel’s office of Mirixa Corporation. She also gained her understanding of the regulations placed upon the financial institutions thanks to her years working for Navy Federal Credit Union from 2013- 2017. Linh provided pro bono services to the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center, helping victims of domestic abuse and helping individuals on their paths to American citizenship. Linh is committed to taking her time to listen, understand her clients’ concerns and find a solution that directly responds to their needs. Her goal is to deliver the most productive legal services to the clients while effectively manage compliance risks for the clients and HarrisLoftus. Outside the office, Linh enjoys attending her sons’ baseball games, family camping and karaoke.
